The Sparkling Clean Window Company cleaned my sliding glass doors windows, washed the screens, and cleaned six ceiling fans this morning. They did an excellent job. They arrived precisely on time at 8:00am and went immediately to work; they were very careful with my security contacts at my windows and doors, as I had requested. Upon completion, Joseph walked with me to check out each window and door. Everything was done to my satisfaction and I am happy to recommend them. I feel sure I will be using one of their many services in the future.

The International Window Cleaning Association held it’s annual convention in Memphis, TN February 12-15, 2014. Joseph Gale attended for Sparkling Clean and attended the safety training seminar. Joseph got to meet face-to-face with more than 400 window cleaners from around the globe. He participated in step-by-step demonstrations of window cleaning tools by the industry’s top manufacturers on the trade show floor. He attended educational sessions and participated in hands-on safety training.

Called Friday morning and was told Joseph would contact me soon. I received a call from Joseph within 45 minutes and he said he could be at my house in 15 minutes to provide an estimate. He was on time as promised. Joseph provided a written estimate of the work he would complete and the cost. I agreed to his proposal and we set an appointment to complete the work the next Monday at 0800. Joseph arrived on time and finished the work in about 3 hours in a professional manner. I was very pleased with the entire transaction. I will use them again in six months!

Soft Washing vs Pressure Washing

We use both soft washing and pressure washing techniques to clean a wide spectrum of surfaces around your home. Pressure washing can quickly remove lots of built up dirt and grime from many hard surfaces, but the high pressure can also do damage to softer surfaces. As an alternative, we also offer Soft Washing to our customers to safely clean many of those more delicate softer surfaces.

Pressure washing these roof tiles would damage the roof and would not be safely accomplished. Spraying environmentally safe chemicals on the roof tiles cleaned the tiles with minimal run-off and no negative impact to the environment.

I have a big 2 story house in Lakeway and they cleaned out my gutters, pressure washed my driveway, polished my chandelier, washed inside & outside of my windows plus my screens in 4hours!
