I’m so impressed! I had an excellent experience dealing with this company. Here’s a list of great qualities I witnessed:
1. The crew got to my house 15 minutes early for the noon appointment. This is a far cry from most companies that show up 30 minutes late. The crew I recommend is David and Nick’s team.
2. Before they began, we discussed the estimate. The crew asked me to call the manager (Joseph) before we began to make sure the estimate would be accurate. The manager was incredibly easy to communicate with. When I asked the manager if I could pay before the work began, he told me they always wait until the job is done and the customer is satisfied.
3. As they began, one crew member started on the exterior windows while the other went inside to take the screens off the windows. The crew member who went inside put show covers on his feet to protect my clean floor! Wow!
4. The 34 exterior windows and 9 interior windows looked spotless within two hours and the screens were cleaned and replaced without any mess. Seriously, it was like elves came in and cleaned my windows.
5. I called the office to have my credit card charged for the service and Karen, an office staff member, was equally wonderful.

Wow, it’s always amazing to find a company that actually still believes in customer service and seems to value you as a customer. Austin is growing really fast and these kind of companies are hard to find these days…

I was so impressed by the work that the two gentlemen who came to my apartment did. I was not expecting the level of detail with which they cleaned. I assumed they would soap up the windows and squeegee them off, but they spent several hours carefully removing tiny specks of debris that were really stuck on.

Christmas Wish

Our children honored my Christmas wish to have our home windows cleaned by paying it forward. The two men who arrived from Sparkling Clean Window Company were very thorough with great attention to detail and customer satisfaction. They spent three hours longer than was estimated to complete the job, replace screens and make sure we were satisfied with their work. I highly recommend this company for all residential and commercial window cleaning jobs! Check out their expanded cleaning services for power washing and gutter cleaning.

Professional, Knowledgeable, Fully Insured!

I got quotes from three companies. These guys were not the cheapest, but they were more professional, seemed more knowledgeable and are fully insured.

We scheduled them for several months ago, but had to cancel them. I called last week and they remembered me! They came out this morning to do the work and did a fantastic job!

My wife has already requested to get them back in the spring.

Professional, Trustworthy, and Dependable!

Sparkling Clean is my window cleaning company. They are professional, trustworthy, and dependable. Any one can clean windows but do you want just anyone inside your house? People want to do business with people they know and trust. I totally enjoy working with Joseph, the residential manager. While developing a business relationship with his customers, he also establishes a friendship that turns into trusting relationship. I’ve come to know Joseph and I trust Sparkling Clean clean my windows inside and out.

Quality Work!

Setting up the appointment was quick and easy. Two men came exactly at the appointed time — one worked on the inside and one on the outside. They meticulously removed each screen and cleaned each window and screen. Completed the job quickly — in about 2 hours — and were very professional and courteous. They did a tremendous job in making the windows very clean and sparkling. We set up a 6-month follow up appointment with them. Definitely recommend them to others. They did quality work.

Last week was the second time Joseph Gale/crew have cleaned our windows. Joseph is a true asset to your company. He instills a sense of trust in the customer and does what he says he will do when he says he will do it. He’s great to work with and tries to be as flexible as possible in scheduling. Joseph and his crew did a perfect job on our windows and were fast, neat and professional. We’ll be calling again!

I had a great experience with the team and will definitely use them again. I requested a quote and received a call from Joseph right away. Joseph came out when he said he would and provided a reasonable quote for the work to be completed. Joseph provided some options which I appreciated. When the team came out to do the work, they were very professional and very thorough. I would highly recommend the company.
